At the UAB "Fish Processing Net" processing facility, we provide professional fish processing services to external clients.
Each year, we process around 1,500 tonnes of raw material in our facility, producing a wide variety of products suitable for supermarkets, distributors, and end consumers alike.
We specialise in gutting live fish – a service that is especially in demand ahead of major holidays. Our facility can gut and package up to 10 tonnes of product per day. We primarily work with carp, but we are ready to accommodate other client needs as well.
We fillet and cut client-supplied raw material according to individual requirements – handling both small and large orders.
We thaw and prepare sea fish for clients in the HORECA sector – restaurants, hotels, and catering companies – as well as large retail chains that require ready-to-use products delivered in a prepared state.
We cook and package crustaceans, ensuring hygiene, quality, and an attractive appearance of the final product.
